The scope of works includes the completion of 3 buildings; two 6-storey and one 9-storey, along with underground garages, technical infrastructure, installations, equipment and land development. The completion date is 31.01.2013.

HENPOL Sp. z o.o., with the registered seat in Lublin, signed a multimillion contract for realisation of Wilanowska II Project – a luxury apartment complex located in Wilanowska Avenue in Warsaw. The ordering party is Rogowski Development Sp. zo.o. with the registered seat in Białystok. The scope of works includes the completion of the apartment buildings with service areas as well as with underground garages, technical infrastructure, installations, equipment and land development. The completion date is 30.06.2013.

HENPOL Sp. z o.o., with the registered seat in Lublin, signed a multimillion contract for realisation of one of the phases of Villa Arte Project – an apartment complex located in 49 Jana Kazimierza Street in Warsaw. The ordering party is Bouygues Immobilier Polska Sp. z o. o. with the registered seat in Warsaw. The scope of works includes the completion of „Carré Arte” apartment building (from 5 to 10 storeys), which will contain 137 apartments with an area from 24 do 104 sq m, with underground garages, technical infrastructure, installations, equipment and land development. The completion date is 1^st quarter 2013.

HENPOL Sp. z o.o. with the registered seat in Lublin, signed a multimillion contract for realisation of „Wzgórze Słowików” – the residential complex comprising of two buildings located near Kiedacza and Ciszewskiego intersection. The complex will contain 93 apartments with an area from 34 to 136 sq m. The ordering party is TC-Forum Sp. z o.o. Rezydencje S.K.A. with the registered seat in Warsaw. The scope of works includes the completion of 2 buildings with underground garages, technical infrastructure, installations, equipment and land development. The completion date is 15.12.2012.

HENPOL Sp. z o.o. with the registered seat in Lublin, signed an approx. 27 million PLN contract for realisation of “Hoża 55 Project” – luxury apartments with area from 30 to 177 sq m, located in Hoża 55 Street in the very centre of the city.  The ordering party is Yareal Polska Sp. o.o. with the registered seat in Warsaw. Yareal Polska Sp. o.o. is a part of Yareal International N.V, which operates throughout the European real estate market. The scope of works includes the completion of 2 buildings: one five storey and one six storey connected with green patio, with 2 level underground garage, technical infrastructure, installations, equipment and land development. The completion date is mid December 2012.

HENPOL Sp. z o.o. with the registered seat in Lublin, signed an approx. 47 million PLN contract for realisation of the 2^nd and 3^rd stage of the “Shiraz Park” residential complex, located in Pogórze, near Gdynia. The ordering party is „Shiraz II” Sp. z o.o. The scope of works of the 2^nd stage includes the completion of 9 three storey buildings with underground garages, technical infrastructure, installations, equipment and land development. The completion date for the first three buildings is 31.12.2011 and for the other six - 31.03.2012. Third stage, which will be ordered by the investor in the near future, includes the completion of another 4 four storey buildings.
