HENPOL Sp. z o.o. with the registered seat in Lublin, signed a 4 million PLN contract for erecting a residential building, which is a part of Harmonia Residential Complex, located in Dzieci Warszawy 11 Street in Ursus, Warsaw. Henpol is performing works as a general contractor. The ordering party is Orkiestra Development Sp. z o.o. with the registered seat in Warsaw. The scope of works includes the completion of the five storey residential building, including the necessary technical infrastructure, installations, equipment and land development. The completion date is 15.12.2011.

HENPOL Sp. z o.o. with the registered seat in Lublin, signed an 18 million PLN contract for construction works of the Praktiker Construction Market in Turystyczna Street in Lublin. Henpol is performing works as subcontractor of PORR S.A. The ordering party is UBM Polska  Sp. z o.o. with the registered seat in Warsaw and the architect - Stelmach i Partnerzy Biuro Architektoniczne Sp. z o.o from Lublin. The scope of works includes the execution of the construction works and the exterior sanitary systems. The completion date is October/November of 2011.

The scope of works includes the completion of the 24 buildings in ribbon development, including the necessary technical infrastructure, installations, equipment and land development. In the complex there will be 96 apartments and garages. The completion date is 30^th of April 2012.
