HENPOL Sp. z o.o. with the registered seat in Lublin, signed a 20 million PLN contract for building  "Biała Residence" - a luxury apartment complex, located in Biała Street in the very centre of Warsaw. The ordering party is Yareal Sp. z o.o. z with the registered seat in Warsaw. The scope of works includes the completion of the 9 storey building (7 levels above the ground and 2 underground levels for garages) including the necessary technical infrastructure, installations, equipment and land development. According to the project there will be 77 apartments with usable areas varying from 30 to 120 square meters. The completion date is 20^th of June 2012.   

On 17^th of December, during the ceremonial gala that took place in the Congress Hall of the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw,

HENPOL Sp. z o.o., signed two contracts of total value exceeding 30 million PLN for realization of two construction investments.

The first one is a residential complex located in Cyprysowa and Bluszczowa Street in Lublin. The ordering party is Aussie Development Bluszczowa Sp. z o.o. The scope of works includes construction of the residential complex with underground garages, interior installations and land management as well as the interior roads. The buildings will have four overground and two underground floors. According to the project there will be 114 apartments and the underground garage will offer 97 parking spaces. The completion date is 16.12.2011.

The second one is a residential building located in the intersection of Kasztelańska Street and Relaksowa Street. This building is a part of the “Wikana City” Project. The ordering party is Wikana Nieruchomości Sp. z o. o. 03 Miasteczko Spółka Komandytowo-Akcyjna. The scope of works includes complex realization of B11 building along with interior installations (sanitary installations, boiler room, solar and electrical installations). In the building there will be 69 apartments located on 5 floors. The garage will be located on the underground floor. The completion date is 16.12.2011.

HENPOL has a contract for erecting a commercial-service building of the total usable area of 880 m2. The building will be located in Wyżynna Street. The ordering party is Elpro Spółka z o.o. The scope of works includes the complex realization of the commercial-service building along with interior installations (sanitary and electrical installations), networks and terminals as well as land management. The completion date is 31.05.2011.

At the end of the November of 2010, HENPOL completed another commercial-service building for Elpro Spółka z o.o. Located in Jagiełło Street, the new building of total usable area of 1,600 m2 contains Stokrotka Supermarket and other premises for rent. The scope of works included the completion of the building and interior installations (sanitary and electrical installations), parking areas, interior roads, access roads, sidewalks and technical infrastructure.

HENPOL Sp. z o.o. built the Allenort Neuroradiochirurgical Centre in Warsaw, which is the only such facility in Poland. The ordering party was Kliniki Neuroradiochirurgii Allenort Sp. z o.o. with the registered seat in Warsaw. The Centre is located in the immediate vicinity of Bródno Hospital in Kondratowicza Street 8. The new facility, being the first in Poland, utilizes the Gamma Knife method in brain tumors treatment. This modern technology allows for non-invasive and extremely precise tumor removal. Two hundred different rays of radiation are focused on the cancer cells thereby destroying them. The Centre has an isotope laboratory equipped with a Gamma Knife device, which was manufactured by a Swedish company Elekta AB. Gamma Knife, a 20 ton piece of equipment worth over 20 mln PLN, is located in the special reinforced concrete bunker. During a year it can provide treatment for up to 1000 patients. The Centre has also a MRI room where an examination can be conducted in order to locate a cancer tissue. After the computer image processing a three-dimensional image is created that shows the areas with cancerous changes. It allows to plan in great detail a treatment with use of the Gamma Knife device. In this new facility there is also a CAT scan room.  

HENPOL had to face many challenges and difficulties during the construction works. The realization of the project required the unorthodox approach to work and use of innovative solutions. This refers particularly to the reinforced concrete bunker, which was constructed inside the old building. Once the bunker works were completed, the demolition of this old building commenced. This required an extraordinary precision in order to avoid any damage to newly constructed bunker. When the area around the bunker was cleared, the erection of a new building around the bunker begun.

The First Lady, Anna Komorowska, participated in ceremonial opening of the Centre and HENPOL was represented by Henryk Polak, President of the Management Board, and Ireneusz Ambroziak, Site Manager, who was responsible for supervision of the construction works.

HENPOL Sp. z o.o., with the registered seat in Lublin, has signed a contract for erection of a residential complex in Klasyków Street in Warsaw. The contract’s value exceeds 36 million PLN net. The ordering party is Dom Development S.A. with the registered seat in Warsaw. The scope of works includes the completion of four residential buildings, each with 4 levels, including the necessary technical infrastructure, installations, equipment as well as preparing and land development. The complex will contain 180 apartments and approximately 200 parking spaces. The completion date is end of the January 2012.
