HENPOL Sp. z o.o is known and respected contractor of residential projects. For over 20 years we have completed numerous investments all over the country. We are a general contractor, and in the case of developer investments we offer primarily “turnkey” solutions.
For our clients we offer the execution of commercial projects such as office and trade buildings as well as high-volume shopping malls. We have completed Olimp Shopping Mall in Lublin, which is the biggest mall in the eastern Poland.
HENPOL Sp. z o.o. is a respected contractor of the public utility investments, especially medical facilities. We can pride ourselves on our rich experience in the construction of specialist medical facilities requiring the construction or adaptation of existing facilities to the particular needs of our Clients. We were the general contractor of the Allenort Neuroradiochirurgical Centre, first such facility in Poland, and One-day Surgery Clinic in Nowe Babice, near Warsaw. Moreover, we have experience in realization of such projects as schools, kindergartens, view halls and sport facilities.
We offer realization of various-purpose buildings, such as car showroom for Bentley in Warsaw, which was the first showroom of that company in Poland.
In the area of General Construction we offer all kinds of repair works, reconstructions and modernization of existing buildings.
