The main responsibilities of the employee will include:
1. Team leading.
2. Planning, supervising and managing the execution of works performed by own employees and subcontractors.
3. Taking part in creating the construction budget.
4. Executing the construction project in accordance with the approved schedule and budget.
Basic requirements:
1. Building licence.
2. At least 5-year work experience in the construction industry including 2 years in a managerial position, experience in independent building site management, availability for flexible scheduling and commitment.
3. Very good work organisation.
An additional asset will be:
Conversational knowledge of English.
