Investment description.

Mikołajowe Wzgórze is a group of three single-entrance buildings containing 20 apartments with a space of 41,0 m2 to 92,0 m2, located on five levels. Each building has been equipped with lifts and underground garages.

Owing to the high quality of construction, which is a trademark of all of our buildings, this investment was recognized by the Lubelski department of the Polish Engineers and Construction Specialists Union as one of the best residential constructions erected in the Lubelskie province. The award was given as a result of the estates architectural standards and esthetics, its location near Śródmieście, and proximity to a number of green spaces.

Construction of a complex of buildings via the General Contractor system – shell units. HENPOL performed works including passages, streets, sidewalks, landscaping.
