Derby Estate is one of the largest residential investments carried out by developers in Warsaw. The first apartments were delivered in 2003, and since that time HENPOL sp. z o.o. has continuously taken part in successive stages of the investment. Derby 13 is the next stage realized by HENPOL of the very popular housing estate. Quick and modern lifts were included in the design. Comfortable garages are on the -1 level, as well as storage units. The apartments in Derby 13 were finished to the “turnkey” standard. The buildings create cozy, friendly surroundings. The investment included a total of 174 apartments.

Object of the contract.

HENPOL will carry out construction of housing estates in the Białołęka neighbor-hood of Warsaw at Skarbka z Gór Str. Derby 3, 5, 6, 8, 15, and 17 are multi-family buildings of both traditional and mixed construction. A portion of them includes underground garages, cellars, retention wells and indivi-dual furnaces. Work performed in the General Contractor system along with development of the land, fencing and landscaping elements.
