HENPOL currently employs over 600 employees on a permanent basis.

Within the scope of staff training policy, the employees of the company participate actively in many trainings, both internal and organized by external companies. External trainings are organized 3 times per year on average; they are attended by physical workers, the engineering and technical staff and administration and office personnel alike.

Furthermore, HENPOL offers its employees co-financing of graduate and post-graduate studies, while employees continuing their education may take advantage of training leaves.
