HENPOL supports numerous industry conferences and donates funds for the development of science.

Lately we have commenced cooperation with research and science centres, among them with Świętokrzyskie University of Technology and Warsaw University of Technology.

In 2009 HENPOL was among the sponsors of the 55^th scientific conference of the Polish Academy of Science Civil Engineering Committee and the Science Committee of the Polish Association of Engineers and Construction Technicians. During the conference, many scientific and research problems pertaining to the field of construction have been discussed, among them those related to general construction, construction physics, geotechnics, road and bridge engineering, concrete and metal structures, construction materials, construction mechanics, organization and management in construction and new concepts in designing and executing construction projects.

HENPOL cooperates on a permanent basis with various technological universities from all over the country. We support diverse scientific initiatives and offer students of the said universities attractive internships and trainings in our company. The majority of young adepts of the construction art who come in touch with our company in this way become our employees after graduation.
