The history of HENPOL Sp. z o.o. commenced in Świdnik in 1987.

It was then that the initiative of Henryk Polak gave rise to Zakład Remontowo-Budowlany which focused on executing renovation and finishing works in the town of Świdnik and in its vicinity.

The company underwent a robust development and two years later transformed into Przedsiębiorstwo Inżynieryjno-Budowlane HENPOL Henryk Polak with its registered seat in Lublin. At that time the scope of its activity encompassed already the territory of the whole Lublin, Zamość and Warsaw voivodships. The main goal of the company was the performance of construction works, in particular in the field of residential, service and public utility constructions as well as execution of sewage and water networks. The service offer was directed at individual investors, territorial self-governments and in particular housing cooperatives. At that time the company’s personnel numbered ca. 100 people selected with regard to their qualifications and experience; they executed the construction works for which the company concluded contracts. Professionalism, diligence and respect for the investor made it possible for the company to develop in a systematic manner. In 2004 the company’s owner established a limited liability company under the registered name of HENPOL, which took over the majority of quickly submitted orders as well as ca. 500 workers.

A dynamic development of the Polish economy after its accession to the European Union resulted in further development of the Company which specialized in residential and industrial constructions. HENPOL purchased specialized equipment rendering it possible to execute orders independently and selected a team of ca. 700 employees ready to undertake any commission in the field of construction.

At present the company is able to execute comprehensive investment tasks in the field of general construction, including: residential, commercial, industrial and public utility construction. Furthermore, HENPOL is an experienced contractor of works in the field of environmental protection. The company executes external sewage, water and gas networks as well as technological installations. Additionally, HENPOL carries out works in the field of road and bridge construction. To date the company has executed several hundred investments characterized by a high level of professionalism, quality and esthetics.

The level of work performance, technical know-how and experience prove that HENPOL Sp. z o.o. is a trustworthy partner. Carefully selected personnel includes representatives of numerous professions from the construction and installation industry. The company has at its disposal an extensive machine park comprising specialized equipment rendering possible the execution of even the most complicated commissions. Moreover, HENPOL has its own manufacture of aluminium structures as well as the warehouse and wholesale of construction materials.
